Members of the public who wish to provide verbal public comment during the hearing (up to two minutes per speaker) and/or to submit written public comment for the record must register separately using the public comment sign-up page.

Please note that registering for the Zoom webinar does not register you for public comment. Individuals who wish to speak during the hearing must complete both registrations.
